OZLEM NUR STERN born in 1981 in Samsun, Turkey. She is graduated from Faculty of Law, Kultur University in Istanbul in 2005 and completed her training for being a qualified lawyer at the Courts of Istanbul and Paksoy Law Firm where she received her M&A training. She wrote her thesis on the liability of international carrier by road under CMR and exposed it before the jury of Istanbul Bar Association and she was accepted as a member of İstanbul Bar Association following the successful presentation of thesis. She joined our firm as a qualified lawyer in September 2006 and has been working mainly in the practice areas of transport law, bankruptcy law, M&A, commercial law and contracts law.

She has participated Global Justice Forum in Rome in May 2007, American Bar Association International Law Section Spring Meeting on Arbitration, M&A, Chinese Law issues in New York in April 2008 and she has attended the seminars of Holman Fenwick & Willian on “Key Issues for Turkish Shipping”, seminar of Howrey Law Firm and EC Harris on “International Commercial Arbitration Trends 2007” and Arbitration and Mediation Conferences which was organized by British-Turkish Lawyers Association in Istanbul in March 2008,The New Turkish Commercial Code Seminar of Istanbul Bilgi University in April 2011, The Montreal Convention Seminar of Koc University in June 2012, Turkey-China Law Summit "Reopening the Silk Road in the Legal Dialogue between Turkey and China" in Marmara University in June 2012.
She speaks Turkish as native and English as second language. She is resident partner in Istanbul office.
